The passenger regime must be observed by the Company, its employees and users.

Passenger rights
- Be transported, between the chosen destinations.
- Receive a correct treatment.
- Request and obtain complaint forms.
- Be informed about the characteristics of the service.
- That the state of the vehicles is adequate.
- Carry hand luggage that does not pose a danger and inconvenience to other passengers.
- Mobility disabled personnel will use the access platforms and places reserved for them.
- Blind people to be accompanied by a guide dog.
- Take out a complementary travel insurance.
Passenger obligations
- Attend the indications of the Company's employees.
- Carry a valid transport ticket (ticket) and subject to entry control and keep it throughout the journey.
- Remain seated with the vehicle in motion and get off when the bus is completely stopped at the dock or stop.
- Not carry unauthorized luggage.
- Do not travel with animals, except guide dogs in the passenger compartment.
- Do not manipulate safety and rescue devices.
- Immediately and mandatorily communicate to the drivers the personal or material damages that have been caused to them.
- Do not write, paint or damage in any way, the interior and exterior of the vehicles.
- Do not throw or throw waste.
- Do not speak to the driver while the vehicle is in motion, except for reasons of necessity related to the service.
- Avoid any type of discussion or altercation with the remaining passengers or with the Company's employees.
- Refrain from eating inside the vehicles.
- Do not smoke, consume toxic substances, narcotics or alcoholic beverages.
- Do not travel in places not enabled for it.
